How to avoid hitting a spam trigger ?

*Make sure that you fill out all fields in the helpdesk form.

*Try to keep your message as short as possible if you have trouble to get your email sent.

*Avoid using words that might trigger a spam warning. Use as little links as possible in your email.

*Make sure to enter the verification code correctly.
