How to avoid hitting a spam trigger ?
Make sure that you fill out all fields in the helpdesk form.
Try to keep your message as short as possible if you have trouble to get your email sent.
Avoid using words that might trigger a spam warning. Use as little links as possible in your email.
Make sure to enter the verification code correctly.
